SAFETY GUIDE FOR THIN CUT ABRASIVE WHEELS |

BEFORE MOUNTING WHEELS |

Ensure no foreign particles are adhered to the guard, spindle and flanges. |
 |
Check disc retainer nut for thread wear, never use damaged flanges. |
 |
Only use grinder equipped with safety guard, check the spindle for wobble. |
|
|
DURING MOUNTING |
 |
Do not use unbalanced and cracked wheels. |
 |
Handle the abrasive wheels with care, do not knock them, do not wet them and do |
|
not bend or bend or flex before using them. |
 |
Check that the grinder speed does not exceed that marked on the wheels. |
 |
Never force the wheels on to a spindle and never over tighten the wheels. |

|
WHEN STARTING GRINDER |

Always let the wheels turn freely for 10 seconds before cutting. |

Ensure that nobody stands in the trajectory of the wheels when someone is |

working. |

DURING USE |

Always wear safety glass, ear plugs, dust respirator and gloves. |

-The work should always be approached gently. |

-No side grinding with THIN CUT Abrasive wheel. |
 |
Never exert too much cutting pressure on the THIN CUT abrasive wheels. |

STORAGE |
 |
Store the wheels flat in the original packaging, protect from excessive heat and |
|
humidity. |
 |
Do not use wheels over 2 years old. |
